- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I paid over $100 for overnight shipping. My package never left the building. When I went in to get my money back since they didn't deliver what was promised, the lady tried to only refund me a portion of the shipping. It took arguing and help from another employee to get all of my money back for my shipping, and they still charged me for packaging. Good customer service should refund the entire amount but don't expect that at this location. I'm very disappointed, and the ladies aren't productive in there. I would advise driving the extra mile or so and go to FedEx on College Drive. Save yourself the money and hair pulling.By Ryan Frey, April 24, 2017
