    I have been a Regions customer since they bought out Union Planters. My experience with Regions has been only positive, regardless of the location. The service is friendly and typically prompt. Whenever I have to sit and wait (always for good reason), I'm notified by staff that someone will be with me shortly. When it is my turn to receive service I appreciate not being rushed through like cattle. I get the feeling that I'm important to staff, and that they genuinely have my best interest at heart. (Not just financially, but as a person. In this day and age, that's priceless customer service!) Thanks Regions, keep up the good work!
