  I suppose their pretty fair. My kids got put in foster care, and i thought they would stay in foster care. With hopes, and prayers my judge didnt say much to me, and i didnt speak much. But she sent them both home with their father. It was a happy moment for everyone, and emotional. Although this process not over, my case is with family service, no longer foster care. Im thankful so thankful for that. Thing is ive never been a bad mother just had a lack if stability the judge herself saw that i believe. Im greatful she had favor and allowed my babies to come home to their family even if she didnt release them to me just yet. She released them to their dad, and granny! At least i sleep a lil better at night, and not crying myself to sleep not knowing how far my kids are away from me with a family of opposite race, and im not racial but little black kids, and a white family is rare! Its scary due to all the bad things ive heard about the foster care system, not to mention visiting my 3yr old son at the time and 3 month old baby girl at the dcfs office shortly after christmas. I brought presidents for my babies, and my son was not his happy self the look of fear in his eyes cut straight into my heart when i asked him "whats wrong baby why aren't you exited about opening your presidents" and he looked up to his foster dad with much more fear at that point i begain to deeply cry inside couldnt let the tears out in front of him he was already dealing with enough by being took from the only woman that could nurture and love and hold him in away nobody else could, and im certain nobody i dont care if they was multi millionaires nobody could love protect nurture hold talk just deeply love my kids the way i can poor mother to the system or not, however all day long i cried, and cried as a mother i asked myself a million questions is my baby getting abused, worse to think of molestation thoughts of him not eating or being locked in the room to all the bad stories i had even worst only being able to see them once a week was so painful but that judge oh my god shes heaven sent she had favor when she gave their father the temporary custody, and when this is al. Over, and i follow the case plan i know she would see in me what a great responsible mother i am and grant me full custody i love my judge she pretty fair with you long as you doesnt upset her, and do what you should, and all she expect shes seem to work with you
