- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They never answer the phone and I only get a voice recording when calling (and I've tried several numbers). All I need is guidance on a vague letter they sent to me but can't get anyone on the phone to ask them. Funny thing is, there is no telephone number on the letterhead either almost as if they don't want to be contacted by phone. And this is the agency we trust troubled children with?
