- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I missed signing for a package yesterday, but needed to get it by the end of the day. I spoke with several people about this and they all told me someone else needed to help me. Until I met Alana at this location. She got on the phone, called several drivers, and then when the package wasn't where it was supposed to be after that she made some more phone calls and just generally made sure I got my package. I didn't even spend any money at the location. Customer service was above and beyond.By Will Minton, April 21, 2017
