- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hands-down the most egotistical and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They believe it is their divine right to treat everyone like trash. In the time I spent waiting, the girl at the front counter talked down to people, berated them in front of others in the line, and bossed people around like a drill sergeant. The people working the counters are no better. Lord help you if you are late on your registration or license renewal. I have seen them treat the elderly and infirmed like Holocaust victims, telling them repeatedly that they will have hefty fines in drill-sergeant tone, "you shoulda done this", telling people their business, etc. If you have to pay for a mistake *they will rub it in your face*! They will literally troll you, apparently for their own personal enjoyment. Moreover, they do not listen when you speak to them. What you say goes in one ear and out the other; they only hear the first few words, then make assumptions about what it is you are trying to say. My best advice for communicating with them is to keep your sentences short, perhaps less than five words. Like someone else mentioned, it evokes imagery of hell. I cannot fathom how any self-respecting person could apply for a job there. The workers here are truly the most insufferable people to bear.By kleinemauserich, April 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆People in LA offices don't even answer the phone,I have been calling since 8 AM it is now 9:30 and still no answer. no wonder this are is so beat up and underdeveloped.
