- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Originally loved this location however recently it has been nothing but a has been the biggest headache ever!! I do not live in the area anymore and you must be present to change anything, on the phone they tell you papers MUST be signed when you go in asking about papers they laugh and act like you are completely wrong wondering about these "papers" needing to be signed. Now I have no access am states away and can not do a single thing without going into the branch. I need access online and can not access because last time I updated my number IN PERSON I made it quite clear ALL previous numbers needed to be removed including online number and replaced with new I was told it was done and it was not now I am out of state with a stolen card can not verify what are my charges and what are not because the branch and corp will not give out info. There is nothing that can be done until in person. They need to train new employees to listen when a customer says things even more when they claim they do not have previous info and can not access online.By Brittany Coons, January 22, 2017
