- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch is not the best one to use. When I initially opened my account, the customer service rep. practically tried to force me to sign up for accounts I didn't want and wasn't interested in. Also, before vacationing in Hawaii I was interested in purchasing Traveler's checks and the teller brushed me off and told me to use my debit card instead. If I wanted to use it, I would have....I wanted Traveler's checks!!! She didn't seem to know what she was talking about and didn't seem helpful so I went to the downtown branch and purchased exactly what I wanted. This branch is probably the worst one I've tried to use. They aren't knowledgeable and are never helpful to me. Avoid this one if possible.By A Google User, April 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Did not return my id and debit card after transaction, due to lady not sending it back in drive through. Had to cancel dinner and take time off work the next day to go get it. Also, they will not let you deposit without a VALID id. Capitol one does though. Im swapping to a better bank than chase.By Ryan -, April 07, 2017
